• Three delivery attempts will be made. After the third attempt, the box will be returned and the Laboratory’s obligation is deemed fulfilled, no refund will be issued.
• Three collection attempts will be allowed. After the third attempt, it will be the customer’s responsibility to deliver the box to the laboratory at their own cost.
• The sampling box must be returned to Aquatico Laboratory within 30 days of purchase to allow analysis and prevent the expiration of its contents. If the samples are not received within 30 days after purchase, the Laboratory’s obligation is deemed fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
