Michael Faraday (1791-1867) – an English physicist and chemist – has been called the “father of electricity,” (like Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison).
He loved experimenting and is renowned for discovering the laws of electromagnetism, inventing the first electric motor and dynamo, and building the first electric generator.
Amongst many other things, he also produced the first compounds of carbon and chlorine and invented benzene.

A Faraday Friday then symbolizes a day in which we are charged with valuable, practical knowledge that helps us become catalysts in the world – scientifically, but also impacting people and relationships.
From all of us at Aquatico – have a great Friday!
